Women’s Health Dietitian

Food doesn’t need to be stressful!

Looking for personalised dietitian support to optimise your nutrition?
We specialise in supporting women through every life stage — from the teenage years through to menopause and beyond.

Whether you have suspected or diagnosed PCOS, endometriosis, fertility concerns, are navigating pregnancy and postpartum, or entering perimenopause, we can help you get the best nutrition to support your health through these transitions.

Many women also come to us simply wanting to feel better — improving energy, support healthy iron levels, eating in a way that works with their cycle, and building a more sustainable relationship with food, or for plant-based eating.

Our approach is personalised, evidence-based, and focused on helping you feel confident in how you nourish your body long term.

What session may look like

Requesting and reviewing blood tests

With your GP, we can review and interpret blood tests to assess key aspects of your health, including metabolic markers, iron levels, hormones, and other nutrients key for women’s health. This allows to address any underlying issues, and tailor your nutrition plan to your needs.

Meal plans

If life is too chaotic, and stress is impacting your food choices, a meal plan may be helpful for you. We can create a tailored meal plan, alongside nutrition counselling sessions, to ensure you maximise your success and it helps address long-term concerns. No quick fixes here!

Addressing eating habits and patterns

It’s not always what you eat, but how and why you eat also play a major role in your health! These patterns can impact inflammation, weight, metabolic changes and energy levels.

Relationship with food and your body

We provide personalised support for women who want to achieve a healthier relationship with food and their body. This includes guidance for those who have done lots of dieting, or have a diagnosed eating disorder. Our principle is simple; we help you build sustainable habits, improve nutrition, and support your long-term health — without extreme restriction.
